Many coffees lovers would probably yell from the rooftops "DEATH BEFORE DECAF!" and we admit that we were once there as well. Much of the decaf coffee you see in grocery stores and the like use chemical solvents to extract the caffeine from the coffee. However, we use Swiss Water Process decaf, which is an all natural process that uses filtered water and an activated carbon filter to gently remove the caffeine while leaving the coffee solubles that give flavor to coffee intact. Gone are the days of having to choose between good coffee or staying awake all night.
