Many coffee farms are located in areas filled with hills, this can lend to some fairly substantial differences in elevation between different segments in a farm. Lower elevation crops may sometimes be sold as "blender" coffees, however, the higher elevation crops get special care and designated for micro-lots due to the longer maturation time that leads to coffees bursting with flavor. This coffee is no exception, grown at over 1800 meters above sea level in the highest sections of the farm. This coffee leads with a rounded acidity, a creamy body, with a lingering sweetness that makes this coffee a wonderful daily drinker or a special weekend treat.
